Victor Arruda is a dynamic guitar virtuoso and songwriter poised to reignite the modern rock landscape. Born in Brazil and raised in the US, Victor's sound is rooted in the golden era of rock, drawing deep inspiration from the raw, inventive genius of Jimi Hendrix and the timeless songwriting of John Lennon.
After studying music in North Carolina, he moved to Nashville. Here he spent years honing his performance skills playing demanding rock cover sets and touring globally with various acts. He always dedicated time to writing and composing for other artists, building a robust foundation in music creation. 
Now based in Brooklyn, NYC, Victor is stepping out from behind the scenes to focus exclusively on his original music. His upcoming debut album, set for release by the start of the new year, promises to be a powerful statement.
This project delivers a high-energy blend of modern alternative rock infused with the classic swagger of the '60s and '70s trios. The core of the music is a commitment to guitar-driven excellence, featuring a strong mix of riffs, high octane energy, and the kind of fiery, inventive guitar solos that have been missing from mainstream rock. Victor's mission is to prioritize creativity and raw energy and inject a much needed sense of uniqueness back into rock guitar.
